Sole Proprietor John Zaffiro of JZ Music Productions

As the founder of JZ Music Productions, John has been an active member of the MKE music scene for over 50 years. During that time he has performed as a soloist and as a member of many influential groups. He formed his first band at the age of 13 and has been performing ever since that day. Following years of playing in various Rock cover bands he enrolled in the first Bachelor in Jazz Performance degree Program at the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music. After completing his degree he went on to join several Jazz groups including Montage Project , the George Busateri Band and leading the band Rainbow's End. He is currently performing with the group Jazz Flux, the Jayne Taylor Band and several other ensembles of his own. In addition, he has performed as a music contractor for several touring acts including a Temptations Tribute, Mary Wilson of the Supremes and Don Rickles.
